Mark James Todd, CBE, born in 1956, is a New Zealander who was awarded the title of "Horseman of the Century" at the end of the 20th century.
Not content with two Olympic gold medals and three team golds at World Equestrian Games or European Eventing Championships, and several wins at the prestigious Badminton Horse Trials and Burghley Horse Trials, Todd staged a comeback in April 2011, winning his fourth Badminton, the oldest person ever to win there.
