Was in the RAF during the war and studied RAF slang, of which there was a lot.

Samuel ButlerEdit

His novel of the future, Erewhon (Nowhere) is usually regarded as english literature, but the landscape is based on his 4 years spent in Canterbury province 1870-4 on a sheep farm.
