Free train travel for pensioners - changes[]

New timetables still give free travel to holders of a Super Gold card - but not quite as many free trains going south on weekdays! There used to be a 3.00 pm train, on which the card was valid. Now the nearest is 3.01, which you need not expect to be free.

And you get home from Wellington later. There's no 6.30 train. First free one in the evening leaves Wellington at 6.44. But the previous train leaves Linden at about 6.31, so that's a small improvement.
