The Wizard of NZ is a British-born and educated, Christchurch-based eccentric. He was first recognized as a work of art in Australia.
He appointed himself W of NZ, but was later officially recognised by Mike Moore, briefly Prime Minister.
He was also instrumental in forming the IBCP, Imperial British Conservative Party.
